About

I am a nephrologist at Hahnemann Hospital and an assistant professor of medicine for Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. After obtaining her B.S. in Biology at the University of Florida with a minor in gerontology, I received my osteopathic medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-COM). During medical school I also obtained a Master in Public Health degree from NSU-COM, where I focused on health prevention and epidemiology. Moving from the east to west coast of Florida, I completed my internal medicine residency at Largo Medical Center, where I served as the Chief Resident during my last year of training. I then made move to the northeast and trained as a nephrology fellow at Drexel College of Medicine /Hahnemann Hospital, and served as Chief Fellow during my second year. Personally, I enjoy international travel, spending time with family, and watching football (GOOO GATORS!). Professionally, I have a particular interest in kidney stones, medical education, and patient advocacy.
