Huma Farid, MD, was born and raised in New York and New Jersey and attended college and medical school at Harvard. She graduated from the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital integrated residency program in obstetrics and gynecology in 2011 and currently works as an academic generalist ob/gyn at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She lives outside of Boston with her two toddlers and husband. In her free time, she enjoys baking, eating, watching movies, and reading young adult fantasy novels.
