About
Dr. Sabrina Gerkowicz, is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her special areas of interest include fertility preservation, evaluation and management of male and female infertility, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, polycystic ovarian syndrome, congenital uterine anomalies, uterine fibroids, LGBTQ+ family building, third-party reproduction, and reproductive surgery.
Dr. Gerkowicz completed her undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis. She remained in the Midwest to attend medical school at the University of Illinois. Dr. Gerkowicz returned home to the South for her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
One of her biggest passions is educating and empowering all individuals to learn about their fertility and reproductive health, especially young professionals. Dr. Gerkowicz is also very passionate about research, an area in which she has been very active throughout her training and currently in private practice.
She is a Florida native and loves spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Gerkowicz enjoys traveling the world and spending time outdoors walking and hiking. Music, cultural events, fitness, reading, and sporting events also top her list of favorite pastimes.
