Dr. Izzy Esteban is a pediatric rheumatologist in Columbus, Ohio. Her clinical and research interests include utilizing point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasound as part of the medical decision-making process in pediatric patients with inflammatory arthritis.

She completed her BS in Biochemistry at Seton Hall University, MD at Creighton University, pediatric residency at the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital, and most recently, pediatric rheumatology fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She is now an assistant professor within the Division of Rheumatology at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, writing, eating delicious food, and playing video games (with or without her husband).
