Anjana Sharma, MD, MAS is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UCSF. She is a family physician at the Family Health Center at the San Francisco General Hospital. Her research focus is on patient and community engagement to improve the quality and safety of primary care in underserved settings. She received her MD from Harvard Medical School and completed residency at the Tufts University Family Medicine Residency at Cambridge Health Alliance. She is a graduate of the Primary Care Research Fellowship and Master's in Clinical Research program at UCSF.
